Qingdao, Shandong Province, the first heavy metal has automatic water quality monitoring stations

Water safety is related to the daily lives of the masses . River water quality and safety can be ignored. From Qingdao Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau , recently, ink river section , Ze Ze River Bridge River water quality monitoring section two heavy automatic monitoring stations in Qingdao, was built and put into use. That is the first heavy metal monitoring of water quality automatic monitoring stations in Shandong Province . Two stations can detect 14 targets, along with regular and heavy metal pollution monitoring project monitoring capabilities .

Two automatic monitoring stations are based on  the river section of the original ink  and Ze Ze River Bridge that monitor  river water pH, temperature, turbidity , dissolved oxygen , conductivity, chlorophyll , ammonia nitrogen and COD seven indicators . And then, they are installed a new zinc, cadmium, lead, copper , nickel, mercury and total chromium seven heavy metals monitoring equipment , bringing the station can automatically monitor the 14 indicators , including routine pollution monitoring project 7 , heavy metals monitoring project 7 , which further improve the monitoring of heavy metals in river sediment section . Qingdao also have become routine and heavy metal pollution monitoring project monitoring capacity of the river section water quality automatic monitoring stations .

Recently, Shandong Province Environmental Monitoring Center Station of the heavy automatic water quality monitoring stations implement the inspection , site view instrument operating conditions , the preparation of standard samples and water samples collected on-site and on-line monitoring of the actual implementation of monitoring than the instrument , in order to test its monitoring equipment meeting technical specification requirements .Inspection results passed , which marks the Shandong Province 's first fully completed heavy water quality automatic monitoring stations . The station is currently running under good condition , in line with national standards.
